The Pilgrim renovation hit a little snag when a once in a generation winter storm hit south Texas and much of the southern part of the country. We probably lost about ten days from the winter storm and the subsequent need to repair some damage from freezing pipes. Here is an update on the project and the Corpus Christi duplex we are now under contract for...T-24 days to closing.
