Dan Garcia is co-founder and managing partner at 210 Holding Group LLC. Dan has over 27 years of experience in the design and building industry and owns other San Antonio-based businesses to include Rhino Design Build, Pintura Paint Supply and Garcia Development Group. His wealth of expertise includes residential single family home construction and development, commercial multi-family construction and development, military family housing, tenant finish out, church remodeling, home remodeling and renovation, custom home design and construction, spec home design and construction, and computer aided drafting (CAD). Dan leads coordination of design and construction processes, formulating project parameters, and overall project management of all 210 Holding Group LLC rehab projects.

Dan has earned a reputation for exceptional customer service in the construction industry. Dan was a recipient of the 2015 San Antonio Business Journal's 40 Under 40 Award. The 40 Under 40 awards recognize outstanding people under 40 years old who are rising stars and next set of strong leaders in the San Antonio business community.

Dan and his wife, Elena, also have a non-profit called: The Rhino Garcia Foundation. The Rhino Garcia Foundation mission is to help local families that are financially challenged and are living in homes that don’t meet current building code. Dan and Elena have two children, Arianna (5 years old) and Apolo (20 months).

Mel Maxwell is co-founder and managing partner at 210 Holding Group LLC. An active duty logistics officer in the United States Air Force, Mel has 23 years experience in leadership, strategy development, risk management, and logistics & supply chain management. Over the course of multiple moves throughout his military career, Mel has gained significant experience in long-distance property acquisition and rental property management. Mel brings a disciplined and analytic approach in leading financial, portfolio management, and investor relations for 210 Holding Group LLC.

Mel holds a Master of Science Degree in Logistics Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from the United States Air Force Academy. He is a 1993 graduate from San Antonio's William Howard Taft High School.

Mel also serves as the Director of Operations for the non-profit Patriot Legacy Fund which honors the service of our Nation's heroes by providing scholarships to the children of service-disabled veterans. Mel and his wife, Louella, have two children, Mikayla (11 years old) and Melody (5 years old).
